Workshop Content:

Design and paint a seasonal floral wreath. Learn to paint seasonal flowers using watercolour. Experience using professional quality paints, paper and brushes. Use your creativity and imagination to design a floral wreath filled with colour and fun. Using simple foliage shapes, you will learn about the design process and how to build an intricate, decorative wreath. Experiment with colour mixing, brush skills and stamping before painting your wreath. This project is calming and relaxing as well as being a visual problem solving puzzle - learning to place repeated shapes in a harmonious arrangement. You will create a finished picture which you can take away to frame.

What is provided :

All materials supplied including professional quality paper, watercolour paints and brushes. Teas and coffees to keep you going.

Location: The Long Room, Blanchland Village Hall, Clap Shaw, Blanchland, DH8 9UA. There is a car park adjacent to the Village Hall.
