Folk Art Mini Painting Kit Moth

£7.00

A folk art moth in rich shades of crimson, turquoise and yellow. I have pre-drawn a design for you to use as a guide. Simply rehydrate the paints with a few drops of water. Use a small pointed brush to add colour to the paper. Start by wetting wings and dropping faint drops of blue and yellow onto them. Mix all 3 colours together to make a light brown and add this down the middle of each wing. Leave to dry. Add stronger marks and patterns on wings, then add the antennae and flowers in blue around the moth. Finally add a border. The kit contains a 15cm x 15cm square of 300gsm watercolour paper, a dot card of watercolour paint and some extra paper for practise or a design of your own.

All you need is a small pointed brush and some water. The paints rehydrate and you can use them as I have suggested in my design, or you can use your imagination and adapt yourself. A bit of fun and relaxation, suitable for teenagers up. Professional quality watercolours and 140lb/300gsm watercolour paper. Pencil marks should rub out when you have finished.
