Towards Housesteads - Print

from £80.00

Ltd Edition Giclée Print of 100. From a watercolour painting. The remains of Hadrian’s Wall looking east towards Housesteads Roman Fort in Northumberland. When Hadrian’s Wall was built, it marked the Northern edge of the Roman Empire, with the land on the left of the wall belonging to the Celts and the land on the right belonging to the Romans. Inspired by one of the many walks I have taken along the wall.
